Hi Everyone:
My case is a bit complicated:
I'm a foreigner in States with a student visa (F1). I'm going to quit my current study and move to Toronto, where my girlfriend lives (where she lives with a work permit of Canada). I'm pretty sure that I will cross the border with my visitor visa of Canada (and with my car). However, Since I may apply for the PNP program of Ontario (I had my master's from a univ. in Ontario), which means I may apply for immigration afterwards:
1) Should I export and import my car in the first time I cross the border? (with my visitor visa)
2) If yes, will it imply the CBSA that my purpose is immigration, rather than visiting?

Thank you guys in advance!

I suspect that trying to import a car on a visitor visa is likely to be a very efficient way to be refused entry to Canada. You can't "move" to Canada, you can only "visit". Importing anything tells CBSA that you are not going to leave. Personally, I think that you need to completely rethink your strategy.

Thanks for replying and that's exactly my concern.
So it might be better just 'visit' Canada and export & import after my immigration paper has done, right?

Yes. If you give CBSA any indication that you will overstay or not adhere to the visitor visa conditions, they will bounce you at the border.
