Lol thank you. I called CIC today and the representative told me to decline the ITA and reenter the pool. I tried to explain my situation that I have enough points and would explain in the LOE but he refused to hear my explanation. He did not make me feel confident about his answer because he just kept saying I got points which I should not have, therefore I don't qualify and must decline. I may play it safe and decline.

I have a related query. My husband's sibling has received the PR card. However, she has not moved to Canada yet. She was supposed to immigrate in September but now will immigrate by end of October due to some unexpected problem.

The problem is that we have already received ITA and have to submit all our documents by 24 September.

Any advice on what we should do?

What is the response please? Did they approve?
