Issues accessing Ecas

Yesterday I accessed my application status via ECAS without a problem. But when checking my application status today, it says that they could identify my application based on the information I provided. However, everything I entered in each field is correct. Anyone is encountering the same issues as mine? I am checking my EE application status CEC stream.

it could be, or system crashed because everyone's been checking their status, not sure really
