Dear Canada Visa,
I applied for Canada Visitor Visa for my parents on January, 2017.
They went the Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC) in Azerbaijan/Baku, for their Biometrics (fingerprints and photographs) process.
Everything was fine and at the end of January, 2017 they received the Original Passport Request for their visa and they sent their passports with a representative to Turkey/Ankara and received their passports with the issued visa.
But there is a a typo in my father's first name in the issued visa!!!!!
When I reviewed all the documents I understood the Biometics result information which they sent from the Azerbaijan/Baku CVAC to the IRCC contained this typo, so the Original Passport Request letter is also contained that typo.
I sent an email to the Azerbaijan/Baku CVAC and they replied I should contact the IRCC to report this issue.
I sent an email to the IRCC and told them about it but they answered there is no way to correct it !!!!!
and I should start another application!!!!!
-------------
It wasn't our fault for this issue and it should be a way to correct their fault.
Would you please help me in this problem.
I really appreciate your consideration.
They provided their tickets to visit us.
I don't know what to do
Please let me know what to do
