Hi all,
When I login to Job bank, the dashboard is not visible. Instead there is a notification requesting me to update Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
When I try to update the required fields I get the following error msg "Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. If you are still having problems registering with Job Bank using these codes, please go to CIC Help Centre at http://cic.gc.ca/english/contacts for more information."
I can see that the Job Bank profile is Active. So I am assuming that this should not impact the EE profile/application. The page was updated on 18th Dec so it may be a technical issue. Anyone else facing this issue.?
