1. My sister got married since 2009 and since 2013 Jan, I don't have any contact with her due to some family issues. Since 2009 they were too trying for Canada Fsw ,so I don't know her present residential status. In this situation , what should I fill in immediate family member details in online express entry application .Suppose if they are settled in Canada, will it be a problem if I answered NO close relatives in canada in that application . Please help me to fill my application . I got ITA but still I am in a confused state

Your ITA is not contingent on them being Canadian PR. You can safely leave them out of your application.

It will not be a misrepresentation. And in your case, you are not even aware IF they are in Canada! Relax and answer No to that question and proceed with your application. There are other more important areas of your application that needs attention.

Having a close Canadian relative only adds to your points. You don't need the points - leave the relative out. In the part where they ask about your brothers, sisters, parents, etc. and where they live, you will have to write that you don't know where she lives. It happens. No stress.

Asivad is right, this is the LEAST important part of your application. Keep your eye on the big stuff and don't sweat the small.
