issue regarding payment to cic

hey
i am applying for PGWP online.i already completed and filled my form.but when i go to transmit and pay i filled my credit card details but after processing it says not approved.
for first time i filled it wrong may be..but the receipt order is already there.
please share your opinions .

the receipt order says review your order..
but if i filled the payment form again after processing window pops up and says payment refused
