Issue in Online PR Card Renewal

Hi Seniors,

I submitted my PR card renewal application through online portal and now the status shows Return Reason - Payment is Missing.
I have attached the proof of payment in my original application so don't know why it is returned.
Can you please suggest the reason of this issue and how to resolve it? Has anyone else also faced the same issue?

Call or even better go to a Services Canada office to get it straightened out.
