Issue CAQ File No ( Renew CAQ)

Hello,
I have applied for renewal of CAQ. I don’t know why my file number is not generated till now. It’s more than one week, I’m confused, I have mailed all the documents to the ministry according to the checklist. I just want to know weather the file number would be same or they give new one as well as if file number is not generated they will reject the application or they will look into it. Please let me know.
