Israel police certificate - English version?

Good morning!
I am trying to obtain my Israeli police certificate, as I used to work there for a year a few years ago. However, after sending all my papers to the consulate, they sent my papers back stating that I have to apply online, with the website I should use to get the form.
My problem is: I absolutely don't speak Hebrew, cannot read it, and there's no way I can find it in English. I tried to call them several times, send emails, no answer...
Is anyone in the same situation? Have you found the English version of the form?? As I know it takes a while to get it, I prefer to have it ready for when CIC asks it!

The thing is that I live in Edmonton, AB, so going to Toronto is definitely not an option... And I sent all these papers but they sent them back, as now we can only apply online, no more paper forms accepted!
I guess I just have to find someone who speaks Hebrew in Edmonton to help me out... :/

Recently, I got letter from CIC that I need to submit "Israel Police Cerfiticate." How did you do that? Did you just do online?

To order the Police certificate you need to go to the Israeli police website, I ordered my from there.
I just checked and the request form is available only in Hebrew.
I'll suggest you to try to contact Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Because they are sending it to Embassies around the world.

What I checked and talked to the office in Israel regarding on line application is only for Israel Citizen not for foreigner.
So, we need to go to Toronto or to contact someone in Israel instead of us.

Did you get Israel police certificate through On Line? I also need to submit Israel police certificate but I am not sure that I can use on line because I am not Israeli.

I know that only Israel citizen can get the Israel Police certificate through Online.

Hey! Sorry, didn't see your post...
You can't order your police certificate online. Believe me: I tried. I called the Consulate in Toronto who told me that I only needed to ill a form and send it with a certified copy of my passport. They sent it back 2 months later explaining that they can no longer do it by mail.
I had to book an appointment in Toronto (and fly from Edmonton) to just have the same form signed in front of them. Then they sent the police certificate directly to CIC!

Glad it worked out! Did you have to get the completed certificate translated it English? Do you know if it came in both Hebrew and English?

I hope you are well, I am in the same situation that were before, I went to the consulate but because of the COVID-19 thing they did not allow me to go into the consulate and make the request, which way did you do it ? Thank you
