Please let me know what you filled in 1mm0008ENU Section "Personal Detail" UCI No. for Applicant as well as dependents
 
I sent updated documents.
Kept the UCI number empty and wrote in my cover letter that I don't know my UCI number hence kept it empty.
 
I sent the updated forms and kept the UCI empty too.
