Yes POE may be any canadian city but it is advised that POE should be your ultimate destination rather your transit to ultimate destination. because at POE immigration formalities may take around 4 hours, therefore in POE is not the final destination then MAKE SURE THAT TRANSIT TIME SHOULD BE GREATER THAN 4 HOURS. Otherwise you may miss your flight.

This is what we have been told in the orientation session by miss Lubna khan of IOM. it is also written in the official material provided by them.

RFarooqi Bhai the other post says that we can choose any POE, therefore, if a person lands in Toronto enroute to Vancouvre he/she may choose POE, my opinion.

yes you can choose your POE but not after first port of entry, like if you are going Calgary via Toronto, then your first POE is Toronto, so you have to complete landing procedure at Toronto, but if you want to complete your landing procedure at Calgary then you have to go direct there, not via Toronto

Is landing procedure really a big deal?? I mean we can apply for health card at final destination right?? And the social insurance number as well? Pr card will b sent to final destination address.... Plus if luggage is gonna be booked to final destination then y do we hv to collect af toronto? We will b going to vancouver frm toronto. There r no seats available on vancouver flights...

My Document got delivered on 7th Dec 2009 and here I am with Visa on 8th Dec 2012.

TCS came at around 1:30 and Mashallah se My Mother received it. Mubarak hath of Ammi.

BTW it says NO. OF Enteries: ONE. Is this normal?

yes it is normal because it is not multiple visa, you will go there, apply PR and then permanent visa, why should we worry about entry then. 8)
