Islamabad cases transfered to London. Email from CHC Islamabad

Effective April 1, 2010, responsibility for the processing of Permanent Resident applications from Citizens and Residents of Pakistan in the Economic Class (including Skilled Workers, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Provincial Nominees and Quebec cases) was transferred from Islamabad to the Visa Office at London, United Kingdom. As a result we are no longer in a position to provide any information on expected processing times. Please note that you will be contacted by the London visa office when your application is ready for processing.

So does that mean that applications of those who have applied before 1st of april are also going to be processed by chc london? can you please explain what exactly did you ask them?

Yes. I had sent my full documents before 1st April. AOR I got was from CHC Islamabad.

Probably not.

Yes, this is applicable to 2007 as well. because i have applied in Oct 2007 and i also received the same email from ISB CHC. Now the question here is that what processing time we will consider either ISB CHC timing or london CHC timing.

One more thing that one year back i got the email from ISB CHC that they are reviewing cases for 2004. Is anyone have info regarding this now-a-days which cases they are reviewing from backlog.

I have applied in March 2005, islamabad.
My case is still in process and waiting for next step.
In January 2009 I sent email to CHC islamabad that a baby gril is born
CHC islamabad replied that your case is updated and 2004 applicants are being processed

Yes u can imagine the performance of CHC Islamabad that till today they are processing 2004 cases. I am also a 2004 applicant.
