THANK YOU SO MUCH BROTHER. Listen when I check the CIC website they never tell us all these documents are required. Whats going on?? I mean if all this huge pile of documents is so important than why didnt they inlcude that on their website. 19916, could you please advice me on this.... I haven't applied yet, but have taken an appointment for upfront medical for 18th June. BUT my application is ready to file around 10th June. Do you guys think I should wait for the upfront medical (18th June) and then apply or I should move on with applying without UPFRONT Medical?? I'm so confused and nervous. Thank you guys for making this whole thing easier. Regards.

Today as on 05-07-2014 is 59th Day of my application & there are almost 18 days are lapsed since I appeared for medical. BUT still I have heard nothing from CIC. It is frustrating now. What does "DELAY" indicates, I am afraid is it sign of rejection.

4)Medical Invitation:5th June 2014.
5)Medical Done On:16th June 2014.
6)Status Changed online for showing Medical as "Passed":20th June 2014.

My Profile:
1) Graduation BBA(Hons) from UK in Sep 2006.
2) Have more than seven years of banking experience while working for multi national bank in Pakistan.
3) Applied for University of Regina in Master in Administration Leadership Program.(Winter 2015 intake)
4) My father is sponsor having average balance in the account about 9 Million(in PKR) throughout the year.
5) I have shown funds in shape of TDR valuing Rs.8 Lacs on my name.
6) I have shown the accumulated balance of Rs. 6 Lacs in my Provident Fund Account.
7) I am married and have kids.

Duster - I got your pm. I'l reply here so that everyone can take advantage of your question.

You are well within average processing times. Your semester starts in September. I'd ask you to relax and let the process take its course.

The thing is your Medical results go to CHC in India where a panel of CHC physicians look at your reports and conclude whether you're physically well to proceed to canada. They then update the CHC in Islamabad and online regarding your status of medical tests.

59 days means 8 months while the processing time for CHC ISB is 11 weeks. A little less then 3 months.

Have patience and I'm sure you know that getting a medical call means your file has been approved 80% unless you fail the medical tests.

these docs make your case processing smooth and there is no wrong with these docs. CIC.gc shows general requirement but if you go to visa office website then u find more related docs. here is the link
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/pakistan/visas/53_1.aspx
I agree some docs are not mentioned but these additional docs will help in your "home ties" and your clear "proof of identity", , and these docs portray you as a bonafide student . Good luck .. and submit your file as soon as possible. . u have done with up-front 18th june u havent applied yet .. strange ???

Hello y'all!
Applied online on 18th june, with upfront medical, land ownership and valuation certificate, my account statement, forms, and acceptance letter and police certificates. Gave biometrics on 23rd at VAC karachi. I havent uploaded the educational transcripts and english proficiency as there wasnt any place separately to upload it. I have scholarship from university as well. Really anxious as my program is to start on 11th august. My online status still shows that i have yet to provide biometrics and my action is required. Somebody please comment on my situation.

God Bless

there is no need to upload Cnioc in the online application .. but in paper based, you can attach it but not necessary .. you can provide your passport as a proof of an identity. .

sorry brother for misinformation :-X :(. . I just saw in the checklist .. they require your CNIC. Here is the link ..
