Islamabad applicant !

It is almost five years and one of my friends is still waiting for his under process application. Is it normal for an application to be processed in more than five years by the CIC. Now as he has moved to Saudi Arabia on work visa, is there any way he can ask CIC to hold his case submitted from Islamabad as he wants to apply as afesh applicant from CIC London. Can it be done this way as he can get all done within 1 - 2 years max.Please advise.

hi Gosho Sir.i have a query regarding medical examination.i am expecting my medical in a month.i am worried because i am a regular smoker.will smoking effect on my medical result.i am 28 years old and did't suffer from any severe condition since i am smoking. Regards

Hi, Doctor will probably take extra tests like lings xray but it should`nt be a problem until and unless you have a severe problem and by severe problem i mean notning less than something cancer.....

I've seen ppl who have been smoking for the last 25 years, and also with diabetic issues, get Visas, dont worry about it mate, just get a normal check up done just in case

No there will be no effect on medicals if you are fit...on a safer side get a chest X ray before your medicals
CHC is only conserned with TB
