Is work experience needed for French category for Express Entry?

Hoping that by the time I get my PGWP, I would have a CLB 7 in French. However I was wondering if work experience is a requirement? If so, how long?

Second question, for the Ontario PNP for French speakers, does education requirement only has to be a Bachelors or can it be a diploma too? Thanks.

Yes, of course. For FSW, one year of continuous, full time skilled experience. CEC - one year skilled.

OINP French - work experience and degree, not diploma.
