Is work experience before completing graduation considered for Canadian PR

I completed my graduation in August 2018 but I have been working as a back office executive in a company since November 2017. My graduation was scheduled to be completed in 2017 but I couldn't clear one paper so I reappeared in 2018 and completed my graduations. From 2017 to 2018 I was a non - regular candidate.
So I would like to know if my work experience from Nov 2017 will be counted for Canada Express Entry under Skilled Worker?
