Is WES report needed by the time your fill your EE application ?

Simple question really. Is it possible if I can submit my EE profile now, even though I still have not received my WES evaluation yet ? I know WES evaluation is needed to fill out the PR application after receiving ITA, but is it also needed for the EE application itself ?

The system prompts you for a WES reference number - are you planning to input random numbers there?

Plus if you submit your profile now without having the WES report and get an ITA before the WES report arrives, your WES report will be post dated to your ITA and that is something you can't explain satisfactorily to any VO - will be a rejection at the least and a misrepresentation at the worst.

In my opinion, not worth the risk.

The first point you raised isn't an issue, as I already have a WES reference number (it just doesn't have a report available yet).

Your second point however does seem valid, *IF* there's a rule saying that WES reports need to be generated prior to EE application date .... Is there such a rule ?

Before you apply, check the ECA conversion table to confirm that the result on your ECA report matches one of the outcomes listed and to see how many points you would get for different credentials, based on the outcome statement included on your ECA report.

You do not need to have the physical report to complete EE but you need reference number (which you have).

However, you need to receive the actual paper by the time you are ready to file PR application should you receive an ITA.

I did not have mine only the number.

Go ahead and apply without the paper.
