Is WES needed for bachelor degree, while I got a master in Canada?

Hi. I got a master degree in humanity in Canada (my second master), while I got a bachelor degree in engineering and master degree in humanity from outside of Canada.
Now, after one year of working as an engineer in Canada I am going to apply for Canadian experience class of express entry. At the time of making profile, I added my Canadian master degree only. The website also somewhere else asked "when did I become eligible to work as an engineer?", and I mentioned the date of graduation from my bachelor degree.

Now, the question, is WES required for my bechelor and my first master degrees? I didn't even enter them at the time of making profile. Some of my friend who had a bachelor form outside of canada and a master in canada, didn't get WES for their bechelor and seemingly it was fine; however, their degree were all in engineering.
Thanks for your time.

If you want to get points for degrees obtained outside Canada, you have to evaluate them. If you are not getting points for them, you don’t need to evaluate them.

My latest and highest education is the Canadian master degree, which I am using to get points in express entry.
As I said, my friends with similar situation also didn't get WES for their bachelor degree, because their highest and latest education was their master degree in Canada. Of course getting WES for all educations would not hurt the process of PR, but it is quite time taking to get them for me, and I would rather to avoid, if it is not required. The only thing that had made me a bit worried was my current job which is based on my bachelor degree.

If I was in your shoes I would evaluate my Bachelors degree in Engineering since I’m working in that field just to be safe.
