Is WES evaluation required for adding dependent degree?

Hi,

We are planning to apply for express entry. My husband would be the primary applicant. We are planning to show my degree also to get more points. Do I(dependent) also need my degree evaluated by WES to do the same?

If you want to increase your score under the CRS and wish to accompany your husband, then YES.

Could someone clarify what is the difference in points for getting WES with and without spouse?

If i get my post graduation evaluated i might either get 127 or 135 points ( one with spouse and one without spouse ) . What is this difference ?
127 points for me and my wife (254 altogether , is that what they mean ? ) and 135 if i apply for myself ?
