I just got a PR invitation, and I already starting to prepare my documents for it. However, my work permit will expire at July 31. I am going to apply BOWP, and it requires the AOR letter but I don’t have any letter in this title. Can I use my welcome to EE letter instead? Since it also got my file number and the date I submitted the EE application.
Is welcome to EE letter equal to AOR?

No. AOR is letter you receive from IRCC after you submit your application after the invite. You have to submit your complete application and then submit the AOR received after. Welcome to EE is not AOR. If you are PGWP holder, you can extend your work permit upto 18 months through temporary public policy.
