Hi would really need desperate answers to this question.possibly referral to similar experience please.
Was a refugee claimant back in 2006.The claim was refused and the appeal too.All this was in about 11months.by the time i got the appeal response,i decided to leave voluntarily because i had left my child back in my home country.
Didnt want to be in a hopeless situation because i am very hypertensive.
Prolem now is my status has changed considerably.since the five years i returned,i have consistently gone to uk and europe every summer.but i want a change for my kids.especially the one born there in canada.what are my chances?genuine replies please.
