Is UCI number same on reapplication

My work permit was refused by IRCC as the LMIAE number was incorrectly provided by my employer.
I want to reapply now with the correct LMIAE.
In the form IMM 1295 there is a space for UCI. Should I mention my previous (refused application) UCI in the new application or should I leave it blank.
