Is transcript required for Mumbai University degree completed 10+ years ago?

Hi All,

My husband had done his Bachelor's in Eng.in 2005 from Mumbai university. As per WES required documents page only marksheets and degree certificate /convocation certificate are required to be attested by MU.
But some friends have told me that a transcript issued by college would be required since the degree is 10+ years old. Can anyone confirm on this? Will the marksheets suffice or do I need to get transcripts as well?
