can anybody tell, Is this the right time to apply for PR or should i wait for new NOC list?

cuz it will take a months time to get collected all the documents and i came to know recently that new list is going to introduce on 1st of may... pls anybody can suggest.....!

Nobody knows the changes to be made or date of changes. All you require is to fill and send an application and draft of CAD 550 at this stage. In case the 38 Occupation list changes you will get your money back, only few hours of efforts will be wasted. So take a step.

If you are qualify now ,it is better to apply than to wait and you might never know,the new rules might goes against you.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion.
I just gone through the CIC website but there is no suggestive date mentioned.I hope they will introduce changes with some prior notice. even the decision taken for IELTS test is not updated yet.
I am confused...!

CIC does make changes w/o prior info. This is their strategy to avoid any disputes. They have upper hand on this issue.

Before providing me written recommendation letter my employer wants to know about the verification will be done by Canada immigration, either someone come to office or will discuss on phone with them and what they will ask. Seniors please do help….!!
