Plus goods to follow lists if you have stuff you are bringing with you either at landing or later on.

I have lived in Canada now for 5 years so no goods to claim at all...sounds a bit too easy to me...

It is easy. After the ordeal of applying and waiting, landing is actually very straight forward.

It's pretty straightforward, just a bit of being shunted around from office to office. I was glad I took a book with me for the (short) queues.
