dear all
i have heard an odd situation about this EE system, and i really need to know if it is a rummer or anyone else have ever heard of such thing before.
ive heard someone with score of 400 has been given ITA and since the scores have never reached below 453 i find it hard to believe.
has anyone else ever heard such a thing?

But i think this can be real !! Because CIC had drawn NOC specific Draw which is included CEC ( Canadian Experience Classs ) . Which means this draw does not depend on how much CRS points you have , this totally depends on how many ITA's CIC wants to issue in particular Class specific draw. May be your friend falls in this CEC class draw where he /she got ITA for 400 Points.
