but in requirements, they ask for grade 12.

This is an Advanced Diploma not a Post Graduate

I am in a situation where it is very hard to find a Post Graduate that fits my background

Most of the ones that I have found are Advanced Diplomas too ???

It is probably a three year course because I completed my course in april and i was awarded an Ontario College Diploma and guys who did a 3 years course were awarded an advanced diploma...Try to do a 2 year course so you can get a 3 years pgwp..
