Hello,

I'm enrolled into a 1 year course in Ontario which will finish in April 2015 and the study visa expires in July 2015

Can I extend my study permit for a program which would start in January 2016?

Do I just wait until January or will I be asked to leave and come back?

Any inputs appreciated

Also, can I work during this time on my off campus work permit?

It certainly won't be possible or legal to continue working using your off campus work permit until January 2016.

Considering that my OCWP gets revoked (if it does), does January intake open up before July?

Do you think I'd have to go for the then Sept. intake?

You would get 90 days after your study permit what you want to do further, failure to do will have negative effect on your file,followed by removal from Canada. The only option for you is Sept 2015 .

Choose wisely.

I will probably go a 1 year program in September 2015 to secure a 3 year PGWP

Can I switch to a different province then like BC or Alberta( I think I have seen somewhere it gets easier when you study there) after renewing my study permit? Are there any conditions to it?

Yes, you can move anywhere.

There are no restrictions on it.
