Yes you can apply but interview will be at a later or final stage not now and if you are not eligible after initial application then you dont need to call them to KSA.

Thanks for your comments,

Pls clear me one thing more, after completion my first degree (BS in Computer Science) in january 2005 I got the job in finance department and with this job I got admission in MBA(finance) in evening regular classes (3 hours 5 days a week) for better propects in accounts field, I completed my MBA in december 2007.

My question is that will cic consider my work experience after my first degree with studying MBA in evening classes?? or only they count exp. after MBA???

share your opinions

they will count the job before MBA. just make sure that you have the right NOC and you have at least one year of work experience in an NOC in the ministerial list of jobs.

Try ant Immigratio Lawyer on Web and get youself evaluated. You can also eveluate yourself though it would be a bit difficult for you fist time.
This would be a better option for you to get yourself appraised and then you can ask questions which would give you more of benefit / sugesstion.

My suggestion:
1. Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/ and after athorough search go to
2. http://www.canadavisa.com and get your free online appraisal ( Of course you can do it youself but any expert would do it better at this time )

I hope this woiuld help you

Always Hopeful
