We have heard of some people suspecting that the actual visa in their passports is also faked, along with known fake LMO documents. This is difficult to check out until you are in front of a CBSA officer, who then tells you if it's a fake or not. You can guess what happens if it is...

Do the people have to meet CBSA officer in Canada, or in local embassy? And does local embassy help to varify if the employer is fake or not.

No, you never see anyone from the Embassy. The first person you meet will be at the border.
