I have been waiting for medical and I applied on October 2 2014 and it's been 2 years but no contact. Is this normal or what can i do in this case?

Technically it's a long way from 2 years.
Did you receive PER email? This will tell if your application was accepted.
If yes, then raise a case specific query and ask for an update.

Actually i did receive my PER on Feb 24 2015 and they sent my file in Warsaw visa office in Jan 12 2015

It's OK for Warsaw. That office is slow

Just exercise more patience, there are some applicants from my visa office "Accra" who applied in August 2014, and no other news after PER, so be patient when dealing with CIC
