Is this normal? AOR in October and my application wasn't touched

I should add that I only provided my USA PCC this week. Is that why my application wasn't touched to this day...? I was hoping that they would at least review the information I provided 3 months ago...

I applied on October 7th and I have exactly the same status. I have read a couple of times that this means nothing and that they not follow the list sequential. A work colleague who received his PR in October told me, his review of eligibility was "in progress" till the end.

I have no idea. The waiting makes me crazy. We have an immigration helper which keeps us in touch with everything, but sitting at home and hoping for some news is just hard. Good luck to you as well!

It was touched at least once, A background check is needed changed from "Not needed at this time" to "Not started"
