Send email but not for payment link. First, you will have confirm that you got opr. Then they will send you further instructions. After this you have to send them your details, asked in the e-mail. Only after ghis they will send you the payment link.

When sending an email regarding confirmation, make sure you will attach your opr as a proof.

Que 1: what do i have to enter on point 3 and 4? i have to submit passport for my both patents ( principal applicant dad and dependent mom). on passport request only principal applicant name and UCI mention.
Que 2: how long do we have to wait after submitting detail to get payment link?
