Is this mail an AOR ? Being asked to do Biometric after receiving it

Hello!

I am looking to do a Bridge permit and awaiting my AOR. However it seems like it's not coming. My application still says "Submitted" but is now locked (can't cancel it) and I have received my Biometric invitation as well as an email saying "we've received your application a month ago" but no sign of any AOR. Is this normal ?

Here is exactly what they say : "La présente confirme que votre demande de résidence permanente au Canada a été reçue par Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada (IRCC), au 2024/12/19."

Note that I also received a confirmation that my application was "submitted" on december 19th. But this seems different.

I do! It starts with "EP" then 8 numbers

Thre is an ongoing dicussion on other thread on PR status and they are dicussing exactly that. If you have the EP number so this is the AOR
