A country is only as "civilized" as those who reside within her borders, what they believe and how they behave according to those beliefs. If a nation is inundated by those who believe it's perfectly fine to use others to further their own ends, with nary a thought for the individual they're willing to use, and with no regard for the laws of the land they hope to immigrate to, that is a nation which will by no means remain "civilized". Perhaps if you were to do a bit of soul searching and become "civilized" yourself, both your native country and mine may benefit from your presence.
