Is this is a valid Document for Proof of Language?

Hello Guys,

Once again need help.I am eligible to apply for my Citizenship.But wondering about 2 things

1.For proof of language as it's mentioned on CIC's website Proof of completion of a secondary or post-secondary program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, includes:
A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, or
A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation from a program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad.

I have finished my Masters last year from Canada.Do i need to have my Uni to send transcripts to CIC directly or i can get them and send along with file.Do i also need to fill up this form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/citizen/CIT0550E-2.pdf from Uni as well..???Or any extra letter ?

2.Police certificate(s) (as required)

You are required to provide a police certificate for each country, other than Canada, where you were present for a total of 183 days or more during the four (4) years immediately before the date of your application.(I did not visit since i became PR )

So i need to provide police certificate from India is that correct?

Please advise so i can start preparing my file.

1. Where did you get the educational enrollment link from?

Usually you can get the transcripts from your university to be mailed to you and send the sealed envelope to cic with your application. You can also attached the copy of your degree along with the transcripts.

2. When did you become PR? Have you been outside Canada for more than 183 days since becoming PR?

1. That form is for minors to be completed by their schools who are required to submit a proof of languages (ages 14 to 18). As it is available in the instruction guide for citizenship grant for minors. Your degree from the Canadian university should suffice as proof of language. You can provide a photocopy of the degree for now with the application but should bring the original with you once you are called for an interview.

This is from the cic website:

A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, or
A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation from a program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad.

2. If you spent 183 days (half a year) or more in India in the past 4 years from the date you plan to sign the application then as instructed you should send along with your application a police report from there.

I think you said you have done Masters. Then you should check mark the following:

"Diploma, certificate or transcript of a secondary or post-secondary education completed in English or French, in Canada or abroad"

Yes I have Masters degree.
So as a proof should i just attach photocopy of my degree or i also need to attach transcripts as well..???

Get your university to mail you the transcripts and then attach the sealed transcripts with you complete application along with the copy of the degree and send it to CIC.
