Is this IP1 or IP2

I have the same status. My AOR was on Jan 25 and MEP was on Feb 07. Background check says, "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information" since then. I called IRCC about a week ago and according to them my file is with Ottawa VO and background check is being conducted by an external agency (I assume, it's CSIS). They will take the final decision once they get the background check report. So, I guess I am in IP2.

By the way, are you an inland applicant?

Any updates on your side?. My status is still the same. I tried calling them but I couldnt reach them. It went to a mailbox saying that there are too many people in the queue and try to call later.

Background check: Not Applicable
Final decision Your: application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Also : seeing above time lines wts my status and R10 done or not ?
