Is this illegal international student ?

He came to Canada since 2009 as international student under study permit
and he is under control of sponsorship because hes underage.
Then he decided to move out to lives alone .
He's been out of school for almost a year until now .
he currently works in some kind of cash job without paying tax to the government .
So if this guy gets caught , is he gonna get deported from Canada ?
Or all the faults must be blame on his guardian.
He's still underage .

Some1 helps me up please .

If you suspect any illegality by which i do not simply mean his immigration status in Canada but includes "is he being abused" than you need to contact the police. Full Stop.

To me its sounds as if he is being used as "slave labour" by the the use of your term "he is under control of sponsorship"

I repeat do not take any chances where underage persons are involved even if you do not have hard evidence you should inform the authorities immediately.

he's 17 and hes spontaneous in his currently position .
There is nothing about " slave labour " just about the laziness and stay away from school to earn money for shopping and lavish things .
I dont take any chances from him cuz Im 17 too .
Im feeling very unfair about this . Because Im also an international student and study hard to get a bright in future in this country .
But this guy doesnt want to study and just get a job which is paying cash.
Furthermore, he got involved in a lot of mature things such as consume alcohol, beer, smoking , tattoo and have sexual intercourse with 15 years old girl .
Hes taking advantages of this country . Isnt he ?

I said " he is under control of sponsorship " . I mean he has some1 to watch him and take responsibility of him but he doesnt want to stay in his actual position .
He's out of control .

Is this problem should be reported or no ?

What do u mean by hard evidence , that makes no sense . Because I say what i see . I cant follow him day by day just to get evidence from him. Thats risky to me cuz hes illegal .

If the guardian is legally responsible, then the liability is with the guardian and the person.
The fact the guardian is involved does not mean the 17 year old cannot be deported.

Working illegally, not paying tax, underage drinking, sex with a minor are all offences.

Reporting these offences is your choice.
