is this IELTS score good for PR under canadian experience class

hello everyone,
recently i had appeared for IELTS exam to apply for PR. my score was as follows:

listening 5.5
reading 5.5
writing 6.5
speaking 7.0

overall score was 6.0.
i wish to know since i am currently working as a software developer in canada, and i fall under NOC "A" , am i eligible to apply with the above mentioned IELTS score??? please help!!!

You would require atleast 6 in all the 4 categories to qualify under CEC.

IELTS Grades are the following
L-6
R-5.5
W-5.5
S 6

BUT I can get 5 extra points to reach the required 67 points due to my sister is permanent residence in canada ...My question is since my R AND W is below 6 do I still need to retake the ielts exam and pursue to get a 6 grades or higher on the other module .? or is it okay my grades since i reach the 67 points on totality with my current IELTS GRADES ...

No, your scores are too low for Skilled Level A positions. The minimum score for all four categories is "6"

You need a minimum score of "6" in all four categories to qualify. Therefore, you score is too low to qualify for FSW

If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC 0 or A job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 in either English or French for all four language abilities.

If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC B job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 5 in either English or French for all four language abilities.

Your NOC stands in O or A level so it means minimum threshold is 6 in all the sections.... as you scored 5.5 in listening...I'm sorry buddy you need to take the test again....
