i have a roommate who came in canada for 1 year diploma program, finished his program, got OCWP and SIN number, started working for few months to save money, now he is planning to study 1 more year (different program) again by requesting for another study permit, for him to get 3 year PGWP.
Is this even possible?

problem for him is getting study permit extended.....and once the new rules set in..... study permit becomes invalid after 3 months of completion of education.hell911 said:

so he has to extend his study permit for that he will need admission to the new college /course...I am not sure but chance of extension are slim if his start date is far away. lot of loop holes in this plan not sure it will workhell911 said:

You dont need an EVN to get a study permit. There are completely different.
