Is this certificate eligible for EE, not sure what is evaluation criteria

Not 100% sure if it might get you any CRS point as this was just a course like other courses during my MBA in Canada. You get points for Programs not courses if I am not wrong . E.g. Diploma/Degree you get points for not the courses that are offered like Project Mgmt/ operations many/ change mgmt.

One must be for a program of three or more years" refers to those undergraduate/graduate certificates that typically require 2 semesters' (or equivalent) worth of courses.
