Respected sir/madam,

I am writing this letter with an appeal stating that I am a rightful candidate to pursue diploma of computer systems technician- networking at Georgian college, Barrie, Canada. I am very upset to receive a letter on 27th November 2018 informing me of my refusal for January intake and would like to urge you to reconsider my application. I have been refused with the given reasons of not being reasonable due to my prior qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, and academic records, level of establishment, language abilities or future prospects plans. Since, I believe every accomplishment start with the decision to try, I have decided to a give a second try to my application. I believe I am qualified and I match the requirements for the proposed study, so addressing these concerns, I am re-submitting this application for the student permit attaching prerequisite documents thoroughly.

Highlighting my academic records, I successfully completed my school leaving certificate (Grade 10) securing GPA of 3.25(Distinction) out of 4.0 in the year 2016. Then, I completed my high school in 2018 securing CGPA of 3.15 (first division). I believe I am decent student in terms of my qualifications and the grades I have achieved are prominent. My English language abilities are also competent. Additionally I have given IELTS examination and secured overall band score of 7.0, (Listening: 7.0, Reading: 7.0, Writing: 6.0, Speaking: 7.0), which qualifies me for the visa as per your English proficiency requirements. I have included all of my mark sheets in case it was the reason for my previous refusal.

Regarding my previous studies, Ever since I was introduced with computer science as a mandatory subject during my school year, my interest on it has grown since then. It has always been the subject in which I excelled on from my school level, obtaining GPA of 4.0 (A+) in my school leaving certificate. After I entered the High School and chose computer group with additional math, I was made known with languages like ‘C’, ‘JAVA’ and ‘HTML’ on my personal interest. I scored GPA of 3.60 (A+) in theory exam and 4.0(A+) in practical exam of NEB (Nepal Examinations Board) in computer science. As per the requirement of NEB examination of grade XII computer science, I worked on a project called “Report Generating System” where I was familiar with topics like network topologies, computer networks, SDLC (system development life cycle), and communication and networking. I have attached the notarized certificate of my project work with my application this time. Similarly, my intended diploma course of computer system technician- networking at Georgian college is focused on network from very basic to little advance. Some of the main subjects from my course like Routing technology, switching technology, Operating System and server concepts are interesting subjects for me and it is not just something that I chose to study on out of my personal interest, but it is something that I have relevant knowledge and experience in from my previous studies. I assure you my previous academics, interests and passion in technology field match the course I aspire to study.

All documents related to my extra curriculum, and individual mark sheet of each year have also been added with this application which was not submitted earlier

Regarding the level of establishment, My family is well established here in Nepal. I have five family members. My father, ***********, runs a successful business here in Nepal named ********* Store with the help of my mother and earns an annual salary of NRs. 1,987,002 (CAD 24,051.0), along with yearly income from Land Lease as well. Similarly, my elder brother is a supervisor at new galaxy entertainment company ltd., Macau, with monthly earning of NRs. 1,32,864 (CAD 1,541.3) while my elder sister is a BSC nursing graduate from Everest college which is affiliated to Purbanchal university and is currently working as an intern in Bhaktapur Cancer hospital here in Nepal. My family has sufficient income which can be used to fund my further studies in Canada. All of my family members are willing to make my dream come true, so they are all ready to invest for my study. Thus, this shows my strong financial conditions and I am sure that there will be no financial issues during my study period in Canada. I have enclosed those documents with my application.

Regarding my future plans and prospects, After the completion of this course in Georgian college, I would love to apply for the advance diploma degree as well as look for some job options that would add value to my degree. Such experiences will ultimately help me get higher-level jobs that stabilize my position in Nepal where I will be capable enough to earn around NPR 60,000- 80,000 per month, which is considered as a good living expense in Nepal. As an underdeveloped country like Nepal lacks skilled personnel like me in networking field so I have set up my mind to come and work for the development of providing networking facilities to all parts of this country by working for the diversified national and international companies like NTC, NCELL, Versik IT. Likewise Deer walk, F1 soft, Sprout Technology, EB pears are other IT companies gaining popularity in Nepal, which are the companies I would love to work with in future days. There are many online job portals such as www.jobsNepal.com , www.meroJob.com and www.jagire.com, which will be my main platform to find job back in Nepal and these plans are highly realistic. My parents are my pride and I would surely comeback with a strong determination to make them proud and look after them in their old age. I have also mentioned in SOP (Statement of Purpose) about my future plan and intention about the return to my motherland.

Finally, not losing infinite hope, I assure that your approval to study in Canada will no longer let you down. Hence, I request you to reconsider the application and provide me a chance to accomplish my dream of studying in a diverse community of Georgian college. I hope that I would be a worthy candidate for this opportunity in your eyes. I shall be highly obliged towards you.

Thanking you,

Thanking you,
When you had a refusal, did you apply for CAIPS notes ? Because the other reasons : Your proposed studies reason is generic for all those who have refusal but CAIPS notes will tell you the exact comments of the VISA officer who refused your application. You have prepared your appeal letter well but because proposed studies reason has eight points and you will be having any one or two. Order CAIPS and know the exact reason and then justify those reasons in your appeal letter.
