Is this an application return worthy mistake ?

Unfortunately, the document completion checks are done by a human. They're not perfect and some may overlook a mistake such as forgetting to include one side of a document. I would say the person who got AOR was extremely lucky, because almost always applications are returned for this mistake.

Thanks "razerblade for your comments. I was reading your post since October 2017 before I was getting ready for my application. I was eligible to apply on February 2018 but I applied on May. I already wasted 3 months then my application returned I was like I don't know, it made me more upset. All together I have lost 5 months. Haven't got AOR yet, not sure what would happen this time. October 2017 thread was very helpful for application guideline. You are right this person are very lucky and I am happy that the user didn't loose time.
