I've got my student visa on the basis of a pg diploma in Humber Toronto and due to some reasons I deferred my intake to May and got a fresh LOA for May..... But then subsequently I got accepted to a BA diploma in SAIT. Now the thing is that I now want to land at the POE at Calgary to start the BA diploma on Jan 15.

So keeping in mind that my TRV and Letter of Intro from CIC is on the basis of Humber Jan (which I deferred to May) Can I take this Jan Humber loa (from which iv been deferred) at the POE but be rejected entry and sent back and denied a study permit there on the ground that I got visa for a Jan intake elsewhere which I am not taking and from which Iv anyway withdrawn? Pls tell me I'm due to fly out in 10 days and am worried about being rejected at the port of entry. Pls help.

Nothing to worry. It is very much normal.
The thing which matters is that you are studying there(if in Canada) or have valid LOA. That is all.
At POE, you can show any LOA by any institute. There is nothing to worry in it. Visa officer might ask you maximum about the reason that why you are coming so late. That is all. You can tell him/her that caz of some work or something I am coming late.

What they care about is that you have valid LOA and if you are in Canada then that you are studying. In-fact students can change their institute even after getting study permit. They only care about is that you are studying there or not.

Thank u! I got my student visa in late October. So what I meant was that If i show my SAIT loa at Calgary (along with one sem fee receipt) although my student visa came on Humber basis, I should be fine right? Will I need to explain why I'm going from PG level to post secondary level diploma?
Can u pls share ur port of entry experience with me. Thank u so much for all ur help

Take both of your LOAs. But show the SAIT one. They never put objection on your school change as you are paying fees no matter where ever you study.
In case they ask, tell em you changed your mind and now going to SAIT.
