Same case to me. They asking me to pay the shipping fee amounting P$350 so that there next move is to ship the important documents including, contract, visa etc.

It's a scam as no company pays for air tickets and accomodation. Just interested though, did you send your resume to them?
Like the other offers you posted, this is fake. They are all going to be fake.
Just to add that generally all hotel, construction and oil/gas jobs are fake offers and even more so if they offer any one of accommodation, flights or food
