In order to continue processing application for permanent residence in Canada, you are requested to attend an interview.

TIME OF INTERVIEW: 9:00 a.m.
Your sponsor must be available for a possible telephone interview at the same time that your interview is being held. Not all sponsors will be contacted. If your sponsor is in Jamaica, he/she may accompany you to the interview.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend the interview on the date and time indicated, you must inform us immediately by sending an e-mail to the address below, providing a substantive reason why you are unable to attend. Interviews will not be postponed except under extenuating circumstances supported by objective and credible evidence. If you do not inform us in advance and/or do not attend you interview, your application will be evaluated based on the information on file.
You must bring a copy of this letter with you to the High Commission. You will not be granted entry to the Immigration Section without it. No parking is available. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to undergo the required security procedures. If you are late for your interview, you will not be admitted and your application may be refused.
Please bring the following original documents:

Ø Passport for x
Ø Passport for y
Please also bring any evidence not already on file that you wish to provide in support of your relationship or any change in your personal circumstances.
All documentation must be submitted to the receptionist when you check in for the interview. Documents not submitted prior to the interview may not be considered at the interview. All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable. Original documents will be returned to you when your case is concluded.
