I love that COVID is an excuse still. Especially when I see all the 2020/2021 applications that have been processed.
Is there still some 2019 outland applicant who has been waiting ?

The problem was never COVID is was IRCC's inability to prioritize applications and their incompetence.
I dont think they aware what fair is. Because a lot of 2020 and 2021 applicants have been getting approved but they have excuse for us (2019 applicants)
Applied in December 2019
Got SA, passed medical and biometrics in February 2020.
File moved to Manila office.
Silence for a year and in March 2021, we got pre arrival letter and PFL.
Redo medical in August 2021 and 2 weeks later we got PPR.
October 2019 Outland USA applicant , got Decision Made today , CPC-Ottawa
hi,,,, For the re-medical do we have to wait for the instructions again. As i submit the passport last month (spousal sponsorship application) but NDVO returned it back, reason medical is going to be expire in Oct-2021. Can we do upfront medical ?

Me too, received pre-arrivals two months ago nothing since.
Of course. In our case, they asked how did we meet, and when exactly, how many times we saw each other, when did we get married (they wanted exact date to see if we knew them and if it was the same as written in the application), who was in our wedding, where did we go for our honeymoon, they also asked political questions also.. (like who do we follow and if we ever participated in anything political), they also cheked our facebook before the interview.. so be careful. So in general, they asked questions which the answers were already In the app… but wanted to make sure if we knew them by heart.
