You just have to delete the foreign experience from your profile. That will make you ineligible for FSW.

Deleting the foreign experience didn't removed FSW for me

Hi All...Here is the answer to the question: cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=680&t=29

You do not need an ECA under FSW if you are educated in Canada, especially if you have a Canadian masters. This is logical, as having a Masters gives you 135 points (maximum points for education factor) which is more than a foreign bachelors or other degree/diploma combined.

I am specifically talking about Canadian masters as this is what the topic of this post deals with.

Do you think removing the latest education will be ok?

My latest education was a post graduate certificate in Canada and before that I did Bachelors.
The only negative of not putting in my latest in the profile at this point is that I get 112 lesser point but since I already have LMIA approved job I still have above 800 points which I think is good enough

Do you have any other experiences? I mean in Canada? At least 1 year of skilled work experience is the basic requirement of FSW program.

I may be missing the point here but why do you not want to be eligible under both FSW and CEC ? Why is the FSW category a bad thing. I am eligible under both categories also, I have 1080 points with my current profile, is it better to be eligible for PR under CEC only?

I do not thing its a wise decision to omit Work experience even if you are not able to provide letter for it. I asked CIC because i have the same issue and any time i have applied to CIC eg student visa / CO op work permit / Post grad work permit / MPNP application / WP based on MPNP that company is always listed.

CIC has repeatedly told me to mention the company and attach a letter saying you cannot attach supporting documentation for that particular company and an officer will make the decision to not include that company. If i dont mention the company its misrepresentation.

I just cant make my mind if that company should be listed in personal history and its enough or it must be listed in work employment as well

ECA is required only if highest degree is from outside Canada. This information is clearly mentioned in express entry profile page. Just click on the 'help' sign near to the question regarding ECA when adding education details in profile. :) :D

Is anyone uploading their IELTS results in the educational documents section? I heard some forum members reporting that CIC may ask for IELTS results copy and hence it is a wise idea to upload it before hand. So anyone uploading their IELTS results copy and if yes would it be in the educational documents section or would it be under additional section to upload letter of explanation?

That's strange. I thought they will have a separate section to upload the test form copy.
