lol the comment below is right, you need to be more specific because most of the people dealing with family class sponsorship are mostly sponsoring their foreign husband&wife.

theres other people that can be sponsored under family class beside for husband&wife like common-law partner,conjugal partner, Parent ,grandparent, Dependent child ornole73 said:
Brother, sister, nephew, niece, or grandchild who is orphaned, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship; or
Intended adopted child under 18 years of age; or
Other relative, if the Sponsor has no relative listed above and no relatives who are Canadian citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents. XD
